Elderly Exemption
Elderly Exemptions may be applied for from January 1st - April 15th. The qualifications - you need to be a NH resident for 3 years and 65 years of age from April 1st. The income limit for a single person is $40,000 and for married couples $60,000. The Asset limit can be no more that $120,000 and does not include your home.
